Even things that are pret-ty, pret-ty, pret-ty good have to come to an end.
HBO announced Monday that the network's comedic pillar, "Curb Your Enthusiasm" will begin its swan song 12th season February 4.
The multi-award-winning series will end on a 10-episode run that will air on HBO and stream on Max.
The show's creator and star Larry David framed the show's end with his signature acerbic wit.
"I will now have the opportunity to finally shed this ‘Larry David’ persona and become the person God intended me to be – the thoughtful, kind, caring, considerate human being I was until I got derailed by portraying this malignant character," David said in a statement accompanying the announcement.
When will the final season of "Curb Your Enthusiasm" air?
The season premiere for the final season of "Curb" will air Sunday, February 4 at 10 p.m. ET/PT and the series finale will air at the same time on April 7.
What awards has "Curb Your Enthusiasm" won?
"Curb" has won two Emmy awards on 51 nominations and one Golden Globe awards on five nominations.
